Our telephony carrier is performing a scheduled system upgrade tonight from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST. During this window, some purchased phone numbers will be unable to make or receive calls, and calls or campaigns using them may fail or drop. All other platform features remain fully operational. Affected customers have been notified by email and can see their affected numbers on the Phone numbers page. Service resumes automatically after 11:00 PM IST.
